Because of the days stuck at home, I am starting to watch Heroes in Sui and Tang Dynasties Season 4. Anyhow I saw my dad watching it so I search online to see if I can find it. Thank you Youtube! Although my Mandarin is very limited, I think I watched enough cdrama ancient series to get the jest of what is going on.
Xue Dang Shan and Fan Li Hua is one of my favorite ancient stories. The only one I saw was the one TVB made back in the 80s General Father, General Son with Felix Wong and Money Chan. Not sure what about their love story that interested me so much so I was excited to find out that Heroes in Sui and Tang Dynasties Season 4 is about them.
I skipped around a bit but after I saw this one scene, I am determined to watch this drama from start to finish just to watch their love stories unfold.
Apparently Dang Shan misunderstand Li Hua for something so he is trying to ask for her forgiveness. Li Hua trick him into thinking she dies. Dang Shan believe it at first and then realize it was a trick and trick her back. The dialogue they have afterward was funny and cute. But I love this scene because Dang Shan is so pathetic and I never would have thought he would be like that
